1.This valve is four wires valve, of which when green wire is for opening valve that connects to “-” pole and closing valve that connects to “+” pole; when grey wire is for opening valve that connects to “+” pole and closing valve that connects to “-” pole. Another two yellow wires connect to power switches.
2.Valve opening process is that when green wire connects “-” pole and gray wire connects “+” pole. And when detected the status of closing, then stop power supply after some time delay (not less than 100ms). The total time for opening valve is 3s.
3.Valve closing process is that when green wire connects “+” pole and gray wire connects “-” pole. Valve closing time: power supply time is 0.2S ~ 0.3S when the power supply voltage is DC2.5-DC4.5V ; the power supply time is 0.12S to 0.2S when the power supply voltage is DC4.5V to DC5.5V.
4.Leakage test or use of the valve in strict accordance with the above "basic parameters" requirements, such as working voltage, switching valve time, use temperature, etc.
5.The driving current of valve control circuit provided can not be less than the motor peak current. Otherwise, the valve will not work properly or be damaged.
6.When the whole meter tests the leakage of the valve, the leakage must be tested by the gas inlet side. If the leakage is tested by the gas outlet, it violates the design principle of the valve seal and cannot ensure the leakage. When testing the gas meter leakage, open the valve before operating it; otherwise, the valve seal may fall off.
