1. This valve is four wires valve, of which when green wire is for opening valve that connects to “-” pole and closing valve that connects to “+” pole; when grey wire is for opening valve that connects to “+” pole and closing valve that connects to “-” pole. Another two yellow wires connect to power switches.
2.Valve opening process is that when green wire connects “-” pole and grey wire connects “+” pole. When quality control device detects that valve opens to position, leave it for 100ms before power off.
3.Valve closing process is that when green wire connects “+” pole and grey wire connects “-” pole.
4. Current given by the valve control panel should be greater than the peak current of motor.
5. Strictly follow the specs given by this instruction for test or operation in order to prevent the valve from malfunction.
6.In order to test for internal leakage of gas meter, use the air intake hole of the gas meter. Using the air outflow hole violates the designed mechanism of gas valve, and sealing performance is not ensured.
7.In order to test for external leakage of gas meter, open the valve first. Otherwise, the valve sealing cap may fall off.
