About us

1.According to the pattern or request from our customers, we organize a technical review to confirm whether the customer's requirements can be met.
a. When not satisfied, communicate with our customers and propose a solution;
b. When satisfied, design the 3D drawing of products and send the customer confirmation. When the confirmation can’t be met, we redesign and submit the confirmation again.

2. After the product 3D drawing is confirmed by customers, we will give the quotation to confirm. When customers are not satisfied with the quotation,communicate and negotiate with them; when customers accept the quotation and release the mold order, we start to make the mold.

3. After finishing the mold, we will try the sample and submit for confirmation.
a. The sample is unqualified, we re-submit the sample and submit for confirmation;
b. The sample is qualified, customers release products orders, and we organize production.

4. We carry out incoming inspection, process inspection, final inspection and shipment selective acceptance to ensure that the products meet the customers requirements.

5. We deliver the products to the location designated by our customers through the logistics company (or our own delivery).
